What’s the difference between counselling and coaching?
Counselling focuses on emotional healing, mental wellness, and navigating past or present challenges. Coaching supports personal growth, clarity, and future goals. My practice offers both, depending on what you need — sometimes healing, sometimes direction, often both.
Do I need to have a diagnosis to begin counselling?
Not at all. Many of the women I support come without a formal diagnosis. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking a safe space to reflect and grow, that’s more than enough to begin.
Is this service only for women?
While my focus is on supporting women-identifying individuals, I also work with men and non-binary folks navigating cultural identity, burnout, or transitions. If my work resonates with you, feel free to reach out.
How do I book a session?
You can schedule a free 15-minute discovery call directly through my website. It’s a chance for us to meet and see if we’re a good fit. No pressure, just connection.

Yes. I offer bilingual counselling in both English and Spanish. I deeply value cultural connection and want you to feel seen and heard in your preferred language.

Do you offer in-person sessions?
At this time, all sessions are offered online via secure video, allowing for comfort and accessibility from wherever you are.
